"We would like to voice our praises for the dedicated work and customer service that Trish O'Brien has given us during our search
and purchase of a property in Northland.
She showed empathy and consideration when gaging the requirements that we were looking for, believe me, this changed several times
over the months of our search for the perfect property! Her patience and dedication was above and beyond what we expected.
Her professionalism and honesty made us feel like we were not 'just a number' to make a sale. When visiting Northland she dedicated whole
days to drive us to many properties that we were interested in, never making us feel like we were impeding on her time.
She made us feel welcome. She has a work ethic and the relationship building skills that make us definitely recommend her as an agent to anyone, and we have already."

'We have recently purchased a property in Kerikeri through Harcourts, Kerikeri and particularly with the assistance and guidance of Trish as Sales agent for the company.
In the first instance Trish recognised that we were unfamiliar with the Kerikeri area and collated an excellent range of opportunities within our budget which showed real understanding of our needs.
As inexperienced buyers outside the metro area of Auckland special guidance and advice was needed to help us through the process. Trish was always able to answer our questions or guide us to the right sources for technical information when it was needed.
Even after the business was concluded Trish was there to help find a suitable property maintenance contractor to look after our investment in our absence.
We are very pleased with work that Trish has done for us and recommend her service to anyone looking to invest in real estate in the area. We may be contacted on mobile 027460266 for a verbal reference if required.
Trish, we thank you personally and you have our very best wishes for your successful future career. We know you will continue to apply your very own personal and very special brand of service and attention to that goal."
To Trish & Emmett
Real estate people, we hate them! They are the kind of people never to be trusted. Always keen for a quick sale, but sometimes you need them.
Well, Emmett and Trish O' Brien, we have to admit that you gave us some hope that after all, they are not all the same.
First thing to notice was an incredible drive in what you are doing. Always friendly and ready with advise without ever leaving the impression that anything was forced on us.
You saw value in our property that others didn’t and brought in a stream of well selected potential buyers.
You showed a great insight in the property market and the capacity and willingness to understand what was playing on a personal level to make things work for everyone.
We can highly recommend anyone to contact you if they were to sell their properties.
Thank you Trish and Emmett! Anytime again.
